Eastcote - 6.1m * 3.65m Garden Room
We are undertaking this Garden Room/Office on behalf of our client Barry. Barry has been informed that he will be working from home for the foreseeable future, so required a dedicated space to work from home. Barry is currently working from one of his sons bedrooms, so will be delighted when he has a dedicated office. Due to the restricted size of Barry’s garden this is one of our smallest projects to date measuring just 2.7m * 2m. However, given the size I am sure this will make a fantastic office space for Barry.
Due to the south facing garden, Barry required an Air Conditioning unit to be installed. We are pleased to announce HomeTek Garden Rooms are now an FGas certified company and will be installing Air Conditioning with this build.

Ruislip, 2.7m by 2m Garden Room/Office - September 2021

Northwood, 5m by 4.3m L Shaped Garden Room
We created this Garden Room for our clients in Northwood. The client required an office to work from home.
Initial designs allowed for a rectangular building, but during the design process the client opted for the second revision which changed the building into an L shaped Garden Room that allowed for an integrated shed. To provide light into the office we installed a rooflight.

Potters Bar, 7m by 5m Garden Room
We undertook the creation of this Garden Room for our Clients in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Malcolm wanted a space detached from the house to watch Movies and his favourite football team, Chelsea. He also required a space for his wife to work from home. The whole building was designed on AutoCad (Computer Aided Design) before being approved by the clients. The inside of the 30 sqm building featured an internal wall dividing the office from the lounge area. The exterior was clad in red western cedar cladding and finished in Osmo 420 Oil. The client was delighted with the result.
